Inactive or delinquent club members rejoining

Members who cancel their membership or become 28+ days delinquent must pay a reactivation fee equivalent to six months’ dues. This serves as a retention tool for people who are considering quitting because they realize that it is less expensive to pay monthly than try to cancel then join before a visit.

The fee will default to 6x the monthly dues. Please note, your office controls that fee so you have the ability to waive it or set it at a different amount altogether, i.e. set it to cover any missed payments and get a patient caught up.
