Your program’s Legal & Disclaimers state, “Membership Club discounts may not be combined with any other discounts.” Many offices treat this on a case-by-case basis. In other words, you might tell a wonderful patient that although you’re “not allowed” you’re going to let her use Carecredit and still grant her a 5% treatment discount even though it clearly states on your program materials that discounts cannot be combined. Once again, you are in control of this scenario. Take comfort that you can set your fees appropriately for the quality of your clinical care, location, and any incentive discounts or payment discounts you provide.
