You have the power to create and manage new user logins — right from your Owner Dashboard!


What is the Owner Login?

Your Owner Login is the email address you used when first creating your Membership Club with illumitrac Software. This account gives you full administrative control over your club’s settings and user access.

How Many Owner Logins Can I Have?

You can only have one login with Owner Status.
The Owner account has full control over:

  • Creating and managing new users

  • Viewing and managing all club activity within the Dashboard

Adding Team Members and Setting Permissions

You can easily add team members, assistants, or anyone else who needs access by creating new user logins. Each user can be assigned customized permission levels based on their role:

  • Admin Access:
    Grant this level to users who need to view location statements, billing details, and handle account management.

  • Limited Access:
    Perfect for team members who only need to perform daily tasks like adding or canceling members without accessing sensitive financial data.
