What happens if a patient joins our Membership Club, receives treatment, then immediately cancels?

Although a very small number of new and existing patients might pay your lifetime activation fee, visit you for a new patient preventive care appointment, and then never return — most patients join because they are planning to be long term patients. However, keep in mind those rare events do not preclude the benefit of the majority of patients who come and stay. With your Membership Club, you’ll find your total ratio of patients who return for future appointments increases!


Remember that your office set your lifetime activation fee to cover the overhead of a preventive visit so that you were never "behind" in the rare situation where a patient might cancel shortly after signing up.
