The software will send your office a notification letting you know when a patient in your membership club has aged out of a program but it does not automatically change (or charge) a member from Child to Adult when they turn 13. You need to communicate with the account holder that they will have a change in their monthly bill if they choose to stay in the membership club and then change their program type or cancel their membership depending on how they want to move forward.
