A patient’s Lifetime Activation fee covers a new/existing patient's initial preventative visit as well as member dues for the first month of your office’s Membership Club.
An individual or family that sets up a new account will be covered until their first month is completed, at which point they will be billed at their regular monthly fee. Say a family sets up a new account on February 5. Their membership will be active and paid for until March 5, the start of their new billing cycle.
