Yes. 

Be sure to stress to your members that it is a “lifetime” activation fee along with how much they are saving. For example,  “Carole, instead of paying $300 today, you only have to pay our $99 activation fee to join our program. This means you’re saving $201 by joining our membership”.  

Let them know that most memberships require a reoccurring annual fee but your Lifetime Activation fee is a one-time charge to join your membership.
