If a patient rejoins, does he/she have to pay the Lifetime Activation fee again?


The Lifetime Activation fee is only paid once. A previous member who attempts to rejoin will be required to pay a Reactivation Fee of 6 months dues. The software keeps track of this for you.


The Reactivation fee is designed to prevent people from signing up, canceling, signing up again.
