Offices who run their own in-house memberships, do so to specifically help their cash patients budget and plan for their preventive care.
Typically, if a patient has dental insurance and your office participates, you're already honoring write-offs from that particular fee schedule so it doesn't make sense to allow an insured patient to also join your in-house program.
