How to move a patient from adult to perio.


Navigate to your patient's Account Profile by searching their name in the "Search Members" bar from within your Office Admin Dashboard.


Then click "Update" on the ledger next to your patient's name under Account Members. 


From there click the dropdown to select a different program and then click "Save Changes" (see below):

 


The same steps apply for moving a child to an adult membership.
