How to cancel an account


To cancel a patient from your membership club, login to your Account Admin Dashboard and perform a search for your patient member in question.


Once inside their Account Profile, click on "Remove" across from the patient's name. You'll be reminded to remind your patient member of your Reactivation Fee of six months' dues should your patient ever want to rejoin your membership club. Once you acknowledge this and cancel your patient member, you'll see instant confirmation on your screen.


Patients may also log in to your Member Portal App and cancel their memberships at any time.
