Changing payment due date

Because of complex prorating fee issues, there isn’t a way to randomly change the auto-debit date of an existing billing cycle. 

 

However, you can log into your Office Admin Dashboard on the date of your preferred new billing date (i.e. the 3rd) and cancel your patient and then immediately reactivate them while waiving the 6-month reactivation fee. The day you reactivate them will become their new billing date. Of course, we do not recommend getting into the habit of doing this. Additionally, we highly recommend that you don’t let your patients know you have the ability to waive reactivation fees for obvious reasons.
