If you aren't receiving automated notification emails from illumitrac software here are a few troubleshooting steps to follow:
1. Check your spam or junk mail. Sometimes automated emails can be caught by spam filters on accident.
2. To decrease chances of illumitracâ„ notifications going to your junk mail folder, please add this email address (do-not-reply@illumitrac.com) to your address book.
